Anibaldi Tours & Travels Private Limited, we strive to provide excellent service to all our guests. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be applicable and the procedures for processing any refund requests.
1. Refund Eligibility:
Refunds may be requested under the following circumstances:

Cancellations: If you cancel your booking within the specified time frame, you may be eligible for a refund according to the cancellation policy.

Booking Error: If an error occurs on our part (e.g., overbooking, incorrect charges), a full refund may be processed.

No-Show: If you do not show up for your booking and fail to inform us in advance, the resort reserves the right to charge retention as per the cancellation policy.
2. Cancellation & Refunds:

21 Days Before Arrival: A full refund of the total amount paid will be issued.

15 to 20 Days Before Arrival: 50% of the total stay will be retained as a cancellation charge, and the remaining 50% will be refunded.

14 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund will be provided.

Early Checkout: No refund will be issued if you check out earlier than your reserved stay duration.

December, January, and February Bookings: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made during these months.
3. Refund Processing:

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for booking.

Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If you have made your payment via a third-party provider or agent, the refund will be processed directly through that provider, and the timing may vary.
4. Non-Refundable Charges:

Any additional services, such as spa treatments, meals, or activities that were not part of the original booking, are non-refundable once paid for.
5. Force Majeure:

In case of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, or government restrictions), the resort reserves the right to cancel bookings or modify the terms of service. In such cases, we will offer you the option to reschedule your stay or provide a partial refund based on the circumstances.
